About Pregnancy Preparation

Our "Pregnancy Planning" yoga session is thoughtfully designed for women who are preparing their bodies and minds for the journey of motherhood. This session focuses on enhancing fertility, reducing stress, and promoting overall well-being through carefully selected yoga asanas and breathing techniques.

Who can Join: 

  • This is women's only  session
  • Maximum aged 38 years
  • Marraige age 0 to 10 years

Session Details

Here are some Yoga Asanas for Pregnancy Planning (Following are few common asanas but in session our trainer guide and perform many more asanas which helps to concive):

  1. Baddha Konasana (Butterfly Pose)

    This pose helps in opening up the hips and groin, improving circulation in the pelvic area, and enhancing reproductive health.

  2. Viparita Karani (Legs-Up-The-Wall Pose)

    A restorative pose that improves blood flow to the pelvic region, reduces stress, and helps in relaxation.

  3. Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose)

    Strengthens the back and abdomen, stimulates the reproductive organs, and improves hormonal balance.

  4. Setu Bandhasana (Bridge Pose)

    Helps in opening up the pelvic area, strengthening the back muscles, and stimulating the reproductive organs.

  5. Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Bend)

    Enhances blood flow to the pelvic region, stretches the spine, and calms the mind.

  6. Supta Baddha Konasana (Reclining Bound Angle Pose)

    A restorative pose that opens the hips, increases blood flow to the reproductive organs, and promotes relaxation.

  7. Balasana (Child's Pose)

    A calming pose that helps reduce stress and fatigue, while gently stretching the back and hips.

  8. Shavasana (Corpse Pose)

    The final relaxation pose that helps in integrating the benefits of the practice, reducing stress, and promoting a state of deep relaxation.

Our experienced yoga instructor Yogini Yashika is specially trained in prenatal and fertility yoga. She will guide you through each asana with personalized attention to ensure you are comfortable and safe throughout the session.
