Our "Pregnancy Planning" yoga session is thoughtfully designed for women who are preparing their bodies and minds for the journey of motherhood. This session focuses on enhancing fertility, reducing stress, and promoting overall well-being through carefully selected yoga asanas and breathing techniques.

Here are some Yoga Asanas for Pregnancy Planning (Following are few common asanas but in session our trainer guide and perform many more asanas which helps to concive):

Baddha Konasana (Butterfly Pose)
This pose helps in opening up the hips and groin, improving circulation in the pelvic area, and enhancing reproductive health.

Viparita Karani (Legs-Up-The-Wall Pose)
A restorative pose that improves blood flow to the pelvic region, reduces stress, and helps in relaxation.

Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose)
Strengthens the back and abdomen, stimulates the reproductive organs, and improves hormonal balance.

Setu Bandhasana (Bridge Pose)
Helps in opening up the pelvic area, strengthening the back muscles, and stimulating the reproductive organs.

Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Bend)
