Suryanamaskar Steps is a comprehensive yoga program designed to guide you through the ancient practice of Suryanamaskar, or Sun Salutation. This program includes a series of twelve powerful asanas that are performed in a sequence, combining physical postures, breathing techniques, and mindfulness. Our sessions are tailored to help you build a strong foundation in yoga, improve your physical health, and achieve mental clarity. Each session focuses on perfecting the postures, understanding their benefits, and integrating the practice into your daily life for holistic well-being.
We offer a demo session if you would like to learn more about it.
